Family of 4 with two young boys in primary school Wanting to build a family home to allow the boys to grow up in. With great city views and a sloping block with 5 car garage and house on top.

The owners were great to deal with, and they enjoyed the freedom they had to come past every day and see the works being carried out, while always ensuring it was safe to enter the site before hand.

Looking forward to the day they need to down size.  Will be some years yet.
